𝗦𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆:
1. 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗢𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. Many studies have shown a marked improvement in memory and cognitive function when implementing this into the daily routine.
2. 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. So many health benefits to meditation and relaxing of the mind and body. But studies show engaging in meditation actually increases our grey matter which usually declines as we age leading to memory problems.
3. 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽! We talk of this a lot at Local2U but it is just so important to be getting a restful 7-9 hours per night. It allows the mind/body to repair and rejuvenate.
Also bonus tip activating your mind is great do a sudoku, play a quiz, do the cross word, build a puzzle, take a different way to work or the shops are all great tools to help you to use it not lose it!
